Testing

Is Testing Right for Me?

The information testing provides can be invaluable for my clients. We are all different and no one body functions in exactly the same way. Sometimes this means a standardised medical approach just doesn’t work, and this is where specialised testing can really make a difference.

It allows us to get to the root cause, rather than just address your symptoms so that the natural interventions we use give your body exactly what it needs to rebalance and revitalise.

How Will I Benefit?

It limits the guesswork

I can tell a lot from my client’s symptoms, diet and lifestyle but our bodies are complicated, and experience isn’t always enough. Testing means we can know for sure, so we can get the best results, with targeted natural interventions that are right for you.

Clarity and motivation

Seeing your own test results in black and white can be a powerful experience. On the one hand it might seem daunting, especially if you suspect things aren’t right, but I find it creates a real sense of focus and energy in my clients – just what you need to make those changes happen!

Baseline for improvement

Test results provide a useful baseline that allows us to accurately track your progress. It means we can tell for sure if our strategies are working, and how we need to tweak them. It also means I can ensure optimal and safe dosage of certain supplements.

Faster and more effective results

Because we have a clear understanding of your body, I can develop a personalised plan that ensures the interventions used are targeted to your specific imbalances. This brings greater potential for faster and better results.

“The analysis of data from various tests, that you just can’t get from the GP, is what made the progress possible, because the nutritional advice was targeted towards me as an individual”.
